Noble Lighting Solutions Lifetime Warranty

At Noble Lighting Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our lighting solutions. We provide a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturer products and a Lifetime Warranty on labor, giving you complete peace of mind for as long as you own your system.

Our premium lighting components are built to last:

- Jellyfish Lighting LEDs are rated for 50,000 burn hours.

- The Jellyfish Lighting Controller is rated for 22,000 hours (approximately 15–20 years of regular use).

Warranty Registration

To activate your lifetime warranty, your product must be registered within 30 days of installation.

If the home or property is sold, the warranty is transferable as long as the new owner contacts Noble Lighting Solutions within 30 days of closing and completes the warranty registration.

Warranty Coverage

What the Warranty Covers

- Repair or replacement of defective products.

- Lifetime labor warranty when serviced exclusively by a Noble Lighting Solutionstechnician.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

- Damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, war, man-made disasters, severe weather, or acts of God.

- Damage to the building or structure where the lighting is installed.

- Any issues related to wireless internet (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, cellular devices, tablets, or other connectivity sources.

- Service performed by anyone other than a Noble Lighting Solutions technician.

- Operator error — if all products are functioning properly, a standard service rate may apply.

Connectivity Not Warrantied

Noble Lighting Solutions does not warranty connectivity of the JellyFish Lighting system to existing home or business networks. This includes Wi-Fi connectivity to any customer devices. These external components are not supplied or controlled by Luminous Exteriors, even if connectivity issues affect the ability to operate the lighting system.

Telephone Support

We provide free, unlimited phone support during regular business hours throughout the warranty period. However, phone support does not cover Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, device compatibility, or other connectivity issues. Service fees may apply for such requests.

After the warranty period ends, standard support rates may apply for all phone support calls.

Important

These warranties remain in effect even if this agreement ends, but will only be provided after full payment has been received.
